From March to September 2019, our team will be temporarily expanded with Shirin Sobh. This has to do with the maternity leave of Esther (from the 10th of April 2019) and the summer holidays. For some, she may be a familiar face, since she did an internship with us at the end of 2016.
She introduces herself below:
I am Shirin Sobh, I have followed my training to become a midwife in Amsterdam. Since graduating, I have been working as midwife with great pleasure. What I like about the profession is that the process of pregnancy and birth connects people. Also in this time where we can control a lot, new life is one of the few things where nature still plays the greatest role. I find it very special to accompany and support people in this process: for me the most beautiful thing that exists.
In addition to my work in practice, I follow a master’s degree in conducting and evaluating medical scientific research.
I am looking forward to meet you in practice, I am happy to help you!
